We act for individuals and other consultants plus local and national businesses.

For our general Building Surveying services, we provide a local service to the North East and the eastern parts of Cumbria.

For our specialist area of Rights to Light and BRE 209 Daylight & Sunlight Assessments, the nature and geographical spread of the work means that we cover the entire north of England and the southern parts of Scotland.  On a weekly basis, we are in various areas all over the north of England and into Scotland.  We also work with an associate company who cover the south of England.

Does your designer have Professional Indemnity Insurance?

We have recently become aware that, possibly because of the tough economic conditions, there are at least some designers, including Architects, working without Professional Indemnity Insurance.  If you are a client, you should ensure that your designer does have PII cover.  We are not Architects but  we have a wealth of experience of designing architectural projects; we are regulated by the RICS and we do have full PII cover.  If you would like to discuss any matters, please do not hesitate to contact us.
