		<description>I agree Simon.  If you don&#039;t know what to ask for, how can you discuss?  At the end of the day, if a party asks a professional, whether this be a surveyor, or an architect, then they are the ones that should know the basics about the subject.  I accept that this is a specialist area, and it would not be expected for all designers to know about these areas in detail, but, a basic understanding would at least prompt whether there could be some risk or not.  Hence why we can do preliminary assessements for parties to assess risk, and if that proves borderline, we can then progress to more in-depth calculations.</description>

		<description>I think the fundamental problem here, as in so many areas, is that most individuals and companies don&#039;t know, what they don&#039;t know.
Surely this should be a done as part of the planning process.
It is certainly &#039;best practice&#039; to check that there will be no issues.</description>
